So relatable! My girls have all had friends like this. Her best friend who I used to adore, has crossed over to the dark side of psychology. She seems to have mastered the art of manipulation this year. Her mom and I have been close for years but I’m hesitant to bring it up because i’ve personally witnesses how defensive she gets of her children if any mom accuses them of bullying. On one hand, I can't blame her. On the other hand, I totally can. No mom wants to admit that her little darling is acting like a complete witchypoo but in the vain of teaching my children kindness, I am willing to swallow my pride and admit that my daughters are acting like little jerks. They see me give my sincerest apologies to the other kids’ parents and in turn I make it clear to them that they need to apologize to their friend.

Priceless, Mom! Love, love, LOVE the parenthetical comments sprinkled along the way. TRUTH!

It’s important to call out bad behavior because if you don’t kids will grow up to be asshole adults.
